Westboro Toyota is currentlyseeking a BDC Service Representative! The ideal candidate must l be extremely organized, excel with written and verbal communication, and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service. After 6 months of employment, may be eligible to work remotely from home.

Position Features

• Adherence to our existing BDC methods and processes.
• Handling calls to current and prospective service customers
• Confidently recommend/promote services
• Respond to customer emails, text & chats message in a timely manner
• Follow up with customers who are overdue for service
• Contact customers regarding marketing initiatives
• Handles inbound phone calls, making outbound phone calls
• Log customer information and update database

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
